To aid in clear thinking try blending 3 ounces of sweet almond or jojoba oilwith 3 drops of lavender, 2 drops of lemon, 2 drops of peppermint and 2drops of spearmint. Gently massage temples in times of confusion or stress.
To brighten your mood, mix 2 drops of Bergamot, 2 drops of Geranium and 2drops of Lavender. Use with any Aroma Lamp.
